Delivery
Please allow up to 28 days or any announcement on the home page
regarding lead times for curtain sets & material products.
All other goods will normally be dispatched next working day however
please allow up to 7 days. We shall contact you by email if your order
cannot be fulfilled within this period.
Curtain sets & fabric goods are shipped by Business Post Parcel Post
48 Hour insured service.
Due to high redelivery costs introduced by Business Post they
will attempt only 2 deliveries. Your goods will then be held at the depot
for collection.A further delivery attempt can be arranged at a charge of £4.50.
All other goods are posted by Royal Mail.
Please indicate if you require special or recorded delivery for Royal
Mail which can be provided if the appropriate fee is paid.
Returns
Returns qualify for a full refund if received in excellent condition
within 14 days of dispatch if they are faulty or incorrectly ordered.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee on goods correctly supplied.
All offers subject to availability.
Good returned to us after 14 days are subject to a 15% handling dee.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) & Visa Delta cards for phone &
postal orders. Please not there is a £3 charge for all Visa &
Mastercard payments which will be added to all orders. Debit
card payments are accepted at no additional charge.
You must supply complete card & cardhodler details for us to
accept payment by cards & we may choose to validate your card
throuh our supplier, Streamline operated by RBS.

The online store on this web-site uses Paypal for all credit card
processing. This is an exceptionally secure system where your
details remain secret at all times. Paypal requires a short
registration which is free of charge prior to using the payment
system. Once you have registered you will be able to send & receive
payments to anyone in the world with an email address as well as
pay for items on many popular web-sites including ebay.
vwcurtains Ltd. pay for all transactions fees when you buy from
our online store.
We are happy to receive payment for all goods by cheque or postal
order made payable to 'vwcurtains Ltd.' & posted to the office address.

regarding the products we manufacture & sell. However, it is your
responsibility to check the products are suitable for your vehicle /
application before use / fit the goods we supply.
All goods, unless otherwide stated, are covered by a 12 month warranty.
vwcurtains Ltd. will not be held responsible for any loss or
consequential loss that may occur due to a product failing & any
monetary reimbursement will only be to the value of the product.
Our aim is to provide you with the best possible products at a
competitive price. If you feel a product is not to the high standard
that you would expect, please let us know as soon as possible & we
endeavour to rectify the situation.
