Q: What time do the gates open & close?
A: Gates are open 3pm until 10pm Friday, 8am until 10pm Saturday, 8am to 4pm Sunday
Q: Can I pay at the gate?
A: Gate entry prices will be as follows:-
Weekend Friday entry Gate Price - £25
Weekend Saturday entry Gate Price - £20
Saturday Only Gate Price - £10 (* see note below *)
Sunday Only Gate Price - £5
The gate entry prices are non-negotiable, do not attempt to gain entry to the event if you are not prepared to pay the admission fee.
Saturday Entry - if you pay the Saturday Day ticket you will leave your vehicle in day parking & must leave the site by 6pm. Any vehicles left beyond this time will be disabled & the further £10 Saturday Weekend ticket will be charged.
Q: Do I have to pay for children?
A: Accompanied children under 16 are free
Q: I've ordered tickets, when will I get them?
A: All tickets have been despatched, not ticket no entrance.
Q: Can I bring dogs?
A: Yes, as long as they are kept on a lead & cleaned up after. Entrance to other fields containing livestock is strictly prohibeted. You
will be evicted from the event.
Q: Is there running water?
A: Yes, there are taps positioned along the hedge of the main arena.
Q: Are there toilets?
A: There are 3 flush toilet block units plus 18 portaloos which will be regularly cleaned throughout the event.
Q: Is there first aid?
A: British Red Cross will be on-site throughout the event positioned on the edge of the camping field.
Q: What camping field are there?
A: General Camping, Family / Quiet Camping & Reserved Club Camping fields are available.
Q: Can I have a barbeque or fire?
A: You are not permitted to have a fire or BBQ on the ground. BBQ's which are off the ground are allowed. Please do not put BBQ coals
or hot coals in bin bags - it caused a fire at a past event!
Q: Can I bring alcohol?
A: Yes, you may bring alcohol into the entertainment marquee. A licensed bar will be selling alcohol over the weekend/
Q: What is there for children?
A: There will be bouncy castles, slides, inflatable rides, fairground ride, Herbie DVD's, colouring & kids entertainment throughout the event.
Q: Can I bring chinese lanterns of fireworks?
A: Abosultely not, these are extremely dangerous for camping events & you will be evicted from the event.
Q: Will there be any displays over the w/e?
A: This year Saturday will hold the Late Bays v Eary Bays line up with trophies suppliled by Just Kampers.
Q: Is there a Show-n-Shine?
A: Show-n-shine is held on Sunday, a collection of 9 trophies will be presented, voting is carried out by the event visitors.
Q: I want to sell my van at at the show?
A: There will be a VW's for sale area.
Q: Can I bring a caravan or tent?
A: Yes, you are welcome to bring these.
Q: I don't have a VW, am I still welcome?
A: Yes of course, you are very welcome to come along.
Q: I have some autojumble to sell
A: Pay normal admission & then visit the information stand.
Q: I'm a Trader but haven't booked
A: Why not, is 4 months not enough time? You're too late, trade booking is closed,
do not pass Go, do not collect £200, sort yourself out next year!
